My Broken Quartz Geode

I’d tried to fix 
my broken quartz geode
layer by layer
crystal by crystal
for years
but it kept on falling apart
I’d searched
for a quality adhesive
there seemed to be none
until I found the seamless one
—my bond with God
His loving Spirit has gathered 
many missing pieces
under an airy bridal veil
and left them bathing
in the rays of His radiant Light
for His marvellous works 
could be witnessed
by all whom He invites.
